One to One Sessions

One-to-One sessions are the most beneficial service for an individual at any level but particularly for beginning vocalists.

These sessions are intended to advance the awareness of vocal practices and encourage the beginner to progress their skills rapidly by gaining an understanding of the basic vocal techniques necessary for a professional career.

One-to-One sessions can be taken by beginners, improvers and the advanced vocalist for professional maintenance. One-to-One sessions are packaged as half hourly or one hour sessions.

Group Tuition

Our group sessions are suitable for all ages and abilities. In these sessions you will learn how to realise your full vocal potential and discover your unique vocal quality.

Group sessions will encourage the growth of your personal development, confidence and skills. Within a group setting you will learn how to sing using harmonies, acappella, performance techniques and the experience of singing with other voices.

Group classes will be categorised into: under 16’s, adults, musical genres i.e. rap/mc'ing, theatre, RnB, grades etc. If you are already set up as a group, then your sessions will be held between your tutor and your group.

Dance Workshops
Each dance class offered by ACS Vocal Academy will benefit of all groups of people/individuals and of all abilities. The demand for hip-hop/street dance is very high amongst youth and young adults.

There are dance classes to represent culture & heritage, mature students, soca dancers and religious groups. Where there is a demand for it, ACS dance tutors will strive to deliver it. Dance affects people in many positives ways, spiritually and physically.
Band Sessions
ACS Vocal Academy is proud to present the first multifaceted band in Birmingham: A*Vibe The Movement.

This band is open to all performers and musicians alike. A*Vibe The Movement provides a high standard of musicianship and services for community benefit and for public hire.

Performers, who would otherwise be unlikely to use a band for live performances or are unlikely to use or access a band, will find this service most beneficial for live performance skills, technique, personal development and development of their musical careers.

Musicians who also find it challenging to put together a band will benefit from this service by finding it more professionally assembled and cost effective than doing it alone.

VENUE HIRE (from £6 per hour)

- Special Events

Great environment for your band rehearsals, preparation for vocal PA'/Live events. We have everything you need for a great sounding rehearsal session or small function. Bar area, stage with backline, mirrors, PA system, computer and internet access and most importantly - privacy.

You Teach Program
If you want to become a vocal tutor or dance choreographer then we have courses designed for you. For up and coming choreographers, our You Teach tutors will provide training to students starting from the qualifying age of 13 years upwards.

For up and coming vocal tutors the minimum qualifying age starts at 16 years and upwards.
10 Week Bespoke Course
If you have a group of people with the same training needs or that require a tailored program, we can design, produce and deliver training for organisations, councils or peak bodies either in-house or at a location that can meet your needs.

It is completely tailored to the specifications and needs of the enquiring body. The 10 week course will incorporate all of the services above plus other features suitable to the desired outcome.
